Practically all summer Lukas asked for a bike. A few of his friends had them and he thought he needed one too (every kid does need a bike at some point). After months and months of convincing us he needed a bike we decided he should get one...of course our Wal-mart had two choices. We went online and we thought he would want the Lightning McQueen bike, of course we should have known as soon as he saw the John Deere one he was sold. We spent the rest of the summer going on long walks so Lukas could practice his bike riding skills. We would usually go to the Bear Park and I still can't believe he can ride his bike to the end of the trail and back, with only a short detour to the playground. He LOVES his bike!
