The Great Outdoors
Every 4th of July my family goes camping in the Uintas. We usually go for 4 or 5 days, and this has always been one of my favorite traditions. It is so fun to go to the mountains, take in the scenery and just relax and of course eat my dad's fabulous dutch oven meals! This year we left on Wednesday and came back Monday. That is right... 5 nights in the great outdoors. Lucky Lukas got to sleep with grandma and grandpa in the trailer. We had fun, riding the four wheelers, taking naps, eating and eating and eating and hiking and eating. Lukas was in heaven, he got to be outside 24/7. He has not been so pleasant since we have been home. I cannot decide if he is mad because we are not "living" outside anymore or if it is because he misses all the attention he was getting from everyone... probably a little of both. Anyway here are some pictures of the trip.
