A Great Weekend
I am making up for not posting for a while and doing two posts in one day. This past weekend we blessed Lukas. It was so great to have so many family and friends with us this weekend. Thanks to all of you who traveled to be there. I am so grateful that we have a wonderful family and fabulous friends! It was a busy but fun weekend. It sounds like you had a lot of fun this weekend. I can not believe Lukas is two months all ready. He is a chunk but he is so cute!! Just so you know he was blessed on my birthday so that will give him good luck. I hope!
I can't believe how big he is already! So, we really did try to come to the blessing but we ended up in some ghetto looking neighborhood with no church anywhere in site. I kept telling Bart that I was sure you lived closer to the University...but good ole mapquest orginally led us to Far West and then when we figured we should head East instead of West like the directions said we found the ghetto...so we missed it and I felt so bad! Becky said it was such a nice blessing and how cute he is. Hope things are going well and hopefully I can see Lukas before he is walking!!
Such a cutie! He is huge, too! I'm glad the blessing was so nice. It is always fun to have family around.
I would have loved to have been there. I can't wait to meet Lucas at the beach this summer.
I love checking you're blog and seeing the new pictures. Can't wait to see you and have so many of us together at the Outer Banks. Lucas is gonna have lots of firsts on that trip.

KIRA!!! OH MY GOSH!! I sure hope you remember me....we were roomies long ago...in our lovely red brick house on College Ave! Bree (used to be Norris)! I cannot believe I came across your blog!! (I hope you don't mind!) Kristy & Caryn are going to die! How are you? What a cute family you have--congrats on your darling little boy! So where are you/what are you up to these days? Hey Miss Part time working mom you....can you please update your blog a regular basis...I know you have the time. hehe Please tell Joel good luck on his test, tomorrow if you read this before then. Well we watched that stupid movie again on Saturday night and I am still confused..it cleared NOTHING up...whatever.
