Just Like Buzz

Anytime we are at my parent's house, Lukas is Papa's little shadow. We are over there the Thursday before Easter and Papa was in the garage cutting his hair...or rather shaving his head. Lukas was fascinated, so Papa asked him if he wanted a buzz cut, and Lukas was thinking Buzz Lightyear. He said yes then changed his mind. Later that night my parents kept the kids so Joel and I could run to the store to buy Easter stuff. When we pulled in to my parents we could hear Lukas crying in the garage, and this is what we found in the garage...

He asked Papa while we were gone if he could have a buzz cut, not really understanding that meant all his hair would be gone. He was not so happy with grandpa cutting his hair off. He kept crying saying "Papa you cut off my hair!" It was kind of sad his little heart was broken. I am not sure who felt worse my dad or Lukas.

After a bowl of HOT green ice cream (to match Buzz) and proof that he had a hair cut just like BUZZ Lightyear, he and Papa were buddies again.

Now he goes up to anyone we see and asks them if they like his hair cut and then asks them if they would like a Buzz cut like him. He almost had his Daddy convinced until Mommy put a halt to that one :)
