So I know Top Gun is about Navy guys, and I am talking about Air Force guys but I still felt like I was in Top Gun the movie this weekend... ok minus Tom Cruise, the motorcycle, the romance, and I the fact that I was pulling a wagon with my child inside. I still felt like I was in the movie! We went and stayed with Joel's sister this weekend on base and went to the Air Force Air Show. One of the coolest things I have ever done. We had so much fun. Watching those Thunderbird Pilots fly those F-16s was so amazing!
So we are at the air show where there are planes flying above us, we are surrounded by planes, and all Lukas cares about are the little John Deer Tractors that are hauling the garbage out. So we finally found a car that the Navy Seals let him sit in, so he could drive a "tractor".

I'm jealous. We wanted to go, but had hair appts, and didn't find time. I'm glad to hear how fun it is, maybe next year we'll get there! My girls would have both been scared though I'm afraid w/ all the noise. Cute pictures though- keep em comming!!!
What fun! Looks like lil Lucas is walking now! I love your new black and white family pics...they are super cute! Ryan and I wait to come up sometime and visit:) I'll call you and see what you have going on.

That is so fun! I was in layton when the show was going on and saw a couple thing and thought I wished I could have been there. Hey the other day a girl from your home town came and looked at our apartment. Her name was carly. She was pretty blond, young, just engaged to be married in october. Ring any bells? she knew you but I don't know her last name.
I love the look on Lukas' face when he is flying the planes. He is too stinking cute!! We need to hang out soon!!
