Only been waiting 20 years for this one.
This one deserved it's own post. Just to preface this post, I am not ashamed. Ever since I was a little girl I have been waiting for this moment... last night my 20 year old dream came true, I got to see Donnie, Danny, Jordan, Jon, and Joey up close and personal. Yes that is right! I went to New Kids on the Block Concert. So my cool friend from work Mandy and I were so excited when we found out that the boys were getting back together, than imagine my surprise when we found out they were coming to Salt Lake. I talked my sister into coming with us, even though she had no idea who the heck they were. So the night of the concert came and to be honest I was excited but did not have high expectations because how good could five 40 year old men dancing around the stage be?? Well I will tell you it was one of the funnest nights ever! I can't even describe the feelings of hearing Hanging Tough, You've Got the Right Stuff and all the other old favorites. And I even loved the new stuff. It was so funny because when they started singing their old songs my sister was so excited that she acutally remembered the songs from when I would blast their tapes on my stereo :) So here are the pictures you have been waiting for:

I'm really starting to get jealous of how freaking close you were! We could not see anything! We literally had to watch the jumbo screen the whole time...plus I was with Amber and she really wasn't a huge New Kids fan...I wish I was down with you guys! I must admit though it was nice to just sit on my butt and enjoy them! I'm also sorry to say that I did not cry this time as I did when I was 8 but I did laugh a lot cause I just could not believe I was watching NKOTB again...18 years later!! I'm glad you had a BLAST and I am so glad that I got to see you in person...I was great! Love you my friend!
Enough about the BTOKN or whoever these cheesey men are, what about you where in the ---- have you been?? Come on a little update would be great!!! Glad you had a good time you young gals! Wow this makes me feel really old!!

I too had a blast and they can definately move the way they did 18 years ago. To bad Mandy couldn't sit on row 16 with us (HAHA) thats what she gets for winning tickets! I think I took about 200 pictures with my friends camera. We will all have to swap so we can get the best ones. It was a great night and my daughter definately is now a second generation fan.
